1h and 40mins RUNNING (1000calories)

20mins WALKING (200calories)

30mins Elliptical (300cl)

30mins Scales(240cl)

30mins Bike(150cl)

+ 100 ABS and some weight stuff

+ 1/2 lessons of Pump/PowerTraining/ToneUp/ecc @day

This is it. I’m doing it every day since…

IMO this is INSANE!!! Why and how do you do all of that cardio in one day?!
